MAMMOMASK® illuminators reflect more then two decades of experience with innovative mammography viewing systems. Three models have been redesigned to yield the most uniform viewing surfaces available plus much higher luminance.

The new units measure within a 5 to 10% variation (DIN6856 standard) to provide homogeneous viewing conditions for each film whether it is read in the center or at the periphery.

The MammoMask® 12 accommodates two tiers of both size mammo film with fully collimating shutters, a dimmer to match the light level with film density, and a glass viewing surface to avoid the scratches which appear with plastic.
